Course # 103        Theory of Constraints

Theory of Constraint's (TOC) is a problem solving process which answers the following questions:
1)        What to change?
2)        What to change to?
3)        How to implement the change?
Using the book, The Goal, by Eliyahyu M. Goldratt, this course will follow the exploits of Alex Rogo and his mentor Jonah, as they solve a series of business problems which are jeopardizing the solvency of the company.  Along the way, we will formalize the process of on-going  so that a company can remain competitive in today’s market place.
