Course 101   SPC I, SPC II and Introduction to SPC III

This ten-week course will provide the student with the basic statistical skills needed to prepare for the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt examination. It is also an excellent opportunity for the employee needing a familiarization or refresher course in statistical process control and statistical decision making.

 Topics include: Data gathering strategies, presentation of data, data analysis, construction of variable and attribute control charts, probability analysis, frequency distribution analysis, sampling and six sigma philosophy.  Thus combining the best of SPC I and II – besides preparation not only for the Six Sigma Green Belt Examination – this combined course is also wonderful preparation for the Six Sigma Black Belt Examination.
