A continuation of Service Quality I, graphical and quantitative analysis tools are used to describe similarities and differences between the effects of various factors on important quality characteristics. Discover and describe features in data related to the effect and impact of time, and learn how to forecast future process behavior. Analysis tools include Factorial Designs, Time Series Analysis, Trend Analysis, Factorial Designs and General Linear Modeling.
