This ten week course provides a review of the key topics forming the Body of Knowledge of the ASQ Certified Quality Manager Examination as well as a review of the examination process.

Topics include:  Leadership, Strategy Development and Deployment, Management Tools and Skills, Quality System Models, Measurement Tools, Customer Focus, Supplier Management, Training and Development, and the body of Knowledge for the Constructive Response Portion of the Examination.
