Six Sigma I: Theory

This 10-week course focuses on the application of Six Sigma methodology and tools emphasizing and demonstrating the use of statistical software. The Six Sigma methodologies of DMAIC, DFSS, IDOV and others are defined and outlined.

• Probability
• Probability Distributions
• Hypothesis Testing
• Process Capability
• Statistical Process Control
• Design of Experiments
• Gage R&R
• Multi-Vari Charts

Course prerequisite: Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Reliability Engineer, or Course #004
