Joe Lisy Award Dinner Meeting Registration

for Chicago Section members only:

On-line registration for the Joe Lisy Award Dinner Meeting is now open.  Seating is limited to guests of award recipient and current members of the 1201 Chicago Section, who are in good standing.  Please complete the registration form for each person attending: 

Dinner is available only for pre-registered attendees. Please be considerate to "waste" and do not register if you are not planning to attend the dinner. It will not cost you anything but it will cost our section because number of registered dinners are  reserved and paid in advance.

NO WALK-INS ALLOWED

Registration may close earlier, if it reaches maximum capacity.
