Manage incoming inspection, manufacturing and test system support and various other Quality Engineering functions. Responsibilities include maintaining our ISO certification, calibration, processing of non-conforming materials the list goes on and on.

Certifications held:
ASQ - Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Reliability Engineer.
What qualifications do you see as necessary in the new job market?
Technically, a solid background in statistics and a broad knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. Soft skills are just as important, a candidate must have good communication and people skills.
What have you found most rewarding as a member of ASQ and why?
The classes I have taken enabled me to pass the information along to others at Shure and enabled me to obtain the certifications I have.
