Besides ASQ certifications and knowledge of standards, Need of specialized education such as GMP, cGMP, GAMP, FDA, EPA, OSHA, Pharmaceutical, Health, IT - most important stay customer focused What sort of interactions have you had with a quality guru or expert in the field? There are too many unemployed quality people and that makes employer to be very peaky on exact match, lowering of pay scale and also makes visibility of a good professional very difficult when hundreds of resumes are received What have you found most rewarding as a member of ASQ and why? Job networking, information, education, contacts, staying updated on latest events and quality tools and trends. What have you found most interesting about your affiliation with ASQ?
