About ASQ Chicago

"ASQ is a global community of people passionate about quality. Members of the community gain access to unparalleled resources and a knowledge network that links the best ideas, tools and experts to make our businesses, institutions, communities, each other - our world - work better."

The ASQ Chicago Section 1201 is an active local unit of the ASQ (formerly the American Society for Quality Control).  The Chicago Section has a rich History dating back to 1944, and is one of the founding Sections of ASQ. We are also one of the largest Sections in ASQ with a roster exceeding 1000 Members.  With the advantage of these vast member resources and the diverse industrial/commercial activity in the area, the ASQ Chicago Section strives to contribute to the professional development of our Members, provide value and service to our Community, and promote the awareness, development and practice of Quality and Organizational Excellence.

Under the leadership of our Board of Directors, Committee Members and Section Volunteers, we manage an active program for our Membership, including:

Companies, K-12 Education, and other Organizations can join ASQ as Site or Enterprise Members, and affiliate with the ASQ Chicago Section 1201.  In addition to the Benefits of Membership in the ASQ, Site and Enterprise Member employees receive the same Section Member Benefits enjoyed by Individual Members such as, Members rates for General Meetings and Training Institute classes.  Also, Site and Enterprise Members may have their Company Logo and Hyperlink displayed on the asqchicago.org Homepage  at no cost.  Contact membership@asqchicago.org for more information.
